The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.Case no.778/17 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than three months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, this application is disposed of with direction that once the charge is framed or he completes five months more period in judicial custody, whichever is earlier, the learned court below shall release the petitioner in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No.Sasaram (M)
