23.12.2016 Mr. Shiv Mohan Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instruction that the Matrimonial Case No. 44 of 2013 filed by the husband of the petitioner, i.e., the sole opposite party appeared in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court and the matter has ended in compromise and, as such, this application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
