The petitioners, being the mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased lady, are in custody since 09.05.2018 in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus and now the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43363 of 2018 (3) dt.02-08-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018.
