The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

32 liters foreign liquor has been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that hut in question does not belong to this petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
