2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 21, 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, from four polythene bags, 01-DIAZEPAM INJ.-750 pieces, 02-AVIL INJ.- 1000 pieces, 03-NOOPHIN INJ.- 950 pieces, 04-PHENERGAN INJ.- 500 pieces were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
