Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.132 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the IPC. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to seek regular bail before the learned court below. Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26 of 2021(4) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 The instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks and seek regular bail.

The learned trial court is directed to consider and dispose of the case of the petitioners, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with the merits of the case without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present application, keeping in view that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner nos.2 and 5.
