2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 110, 117, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a young person having fair and clean antecedent, the alleged offence is said to have taken place on 30.12.2024 but the FIR was registered on 07.01.2025 and informant and his son are said to have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence but only simple injuries were found on their person, in fact, the FIR of the present matter is the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40101 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 counterblast of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 instituted by the mother of the petitioner against the informant of this case and others and in retaliation, the FIR of the instant matter was lodged.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly taken into account the FIR of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 having been lodged by the mother of the petitioner prior to the registration of the FIR of the present matter and as per the above submissions, the informant and his son who are said to have been assaulted by the accused including the petitioner, sustained simple injuries and also taking into account the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as his young age, this Court is inclined to grant him the relief of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 12 of
