2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 135 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from an orchard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner is the owner of the seized liquor and he has no role about the recovery of the seized liquor and he is in custody since 29.04.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 135 of 2026.
