The petitioner seeks bail in Nawanagar (Sonbarsha) P.S. Case No. 14/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while he was coming after withdrawing Rs. 30,000/- from the bank, three persons intercepted him and on the point of pistol took away cash, mobile etc. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One co-accused was arrested in another case and he is said to have confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was also arrested and he is said to have also confessed his guilt. Save and except the confession of the petitioner, there is no material on record against the petitioner to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55110 of 2016 (3) dt.28-02-2017 show his involvement in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 17.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsha) P.S. Case No. 14/2016.
