The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 132 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is a case and counter case. The allegations made in the FIR are totally false. Except the ocular version of the informant, there is no paper in support of the fact that the informant had paid Rs.16,000/- to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and

No.42302 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, District- Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 132 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
