JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61529 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6256 of 2014. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6256 of 2014 was filed for extension of period of surrender in respect to petitioner No.3 Lalan Manjhi, but, inadvertently, in the petition the name of petitioner No.4 Jhapari Manjhi was typed due to that reasons penultimate paragraph of order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61529 of 2018, the word petitioner No.4 inadvertently typed in place of "petitioner No.3 Lalan Manjhi".

In view of the submission of the learned counsel of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38107 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner, in order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61529 of 2018, the word "petitioner No.4" as mentioned in penultimate paragraph be read as petitioner No.3 Lalan Manjhi. The period of surrender of the petitioner No.3, namely, Lalan Manjhi in the concerned court in connection with the Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2013 be extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61529 of 2018, this application stands disposed of.
