2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67572 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail application was earlier rejected but the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of Ranjeet Thakur, in whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner has figured. Co-accused Ranjeet Thakur was granted bail by the learned court below vide order dated 01.03.2023 in the light of observation of a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 38548 of 2022 wherein it was observed that the petitioner (co-accused Ranjeet Thakur) may renew his prayer for bail after five months of framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47247 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 charges in the court below itself and thereafter, the trial court was directed to release the petitioner on bail imposing its own condition. He has further submitted that the charges were framed much earlier but not a single witness has been examined up-till-now.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering that the co-accused Ranjeet Thakur has been granted bail, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Manjhaul at Begusarai in connection with khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
