Re. Cr. Misc. 42487 of 2022 The petitioner has filed this application with statement in Paragraph 3 that he has only one criminal antecedent. The affidavit was sworn by the wife. Subsequently, the wife has again sworn an affidavit that there are three more cases

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42487 of 2022(3) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 registered against the petitioner. The cases which have been mentioned in the supplementary affidavit are of the year 2012 and 2015. It seems that wife of the petitioner has tried to mislead this Court.

With the aforesaid fact, this application is dismissed for suppression of fact with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months and also after depositing the cost of Rs. 25,000/- in the High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna.

Re. Cr. Misc. 43119 of 2022 The petitioner deals in spurious liquor and because of the spurious liquor supplied by the petitioner, one person has died and about 5 - 7 persons were hospitalized. The Officer-In-Incharge of Saraiya Police Station will appear along with the up-to-date case diary and other records of the case and will inform this Court as to how many deaths have occurred because of the spurious liquor being manufactured and supplied by the petitioner.
