2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024 dated 14.03.2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant is doing job of taxi driving. Three unknown accused persons booked his taxi bearing Registration No. BR01PP2454 on 13.03.2024 at 8.00 P.M., and took him from Patna Junction to Dhanaura Bazaar. It is further alleged that as soon as the taxi reached at the destination of Basbari ahead the Dhanaura Bazaar, they stopped the taxi and snatched and fled away

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been identified in the T.I. Parade. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in the present case during the course of investigation. The other coaccused persons Rohit Singh @ Rana Rohit Pratap Singh and Aman Raj have already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33599 of 2024 under order dated 09.05.2024, annexed as Annexure-3 to the present bail application. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents in which he is on bail as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail application. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 17.03.2024.

5.Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
