Patna High Court CWJC No.17337 of 2018(3) dt.07-04-2023 2/3 07-04-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of Writ in appropriate nature for quashing of the entire process of fresh Notice Inviting Tender dated 19-12-2017 whereby and whereunder Notice Inviting Tender has been issued for Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of soundless/noiseless Diesel Generator (D.G.) sets- 24 nos. (4 nos. of 40 KVA DG set for the Branch Offices at Begusarai, Saharsa and Begusarai Divisional Office, 3 no. of 30 KVA DG sets for Branch Offices at Jamui, Barh and Supaul, 3 nos.

25 KVA DG set for Branch Offices at Khagaria, Madhepura and Dalsingsarai & 14 nos. of 10 KVA DG sets for Satellite Offices at Barauni, Bihariganj, Shahpur Patori, Mohanpur CLIA, Rosera, Mokama, Sheikhpura, Barahiya, Jhajah, and Tajpur), in Acoustic enclosure on hire basis at our different offices under Begusarai Divisional office of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Annexure-1) for award of work under the said Notice Inviting Tender (Annexure-1);

(ii) For issuance of Writ in appropriate nature to refrain the Respondent authorities & the Respondent No.- 9 to install the D.G. Set.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs that the petitioners may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Perusal of records it is evident that there is no interim order. In the absence of interim order the concerned respondents has already process the subject matter of NIT and executed the
