2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreants committed theft in the house of the informant.

4. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature, as such, he cannot be granted

6. Considering the submission of the State, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
