Name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of one co-accused, Sanjay Ram. Except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from his possesson. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner , above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad, in Nabinagar P.S.Case
