Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354 B, 379, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 28.02.2019 at about 6.30 a.m. she was sweeping her house when her neighbours as named in F.I.R. variously armed came abusing and there is specific allegation against Ram Sogarath Prasad - petitioner of causing head injury by blow of farsa on the informant which is grievous in nature.

It has been submitted that there is dispute between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40788 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 parties and they are neighbours and there is no repetition of blow by the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

However, considering the nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, after completing one year in jail custody, the petitioner may renew his prayer for grant of bail. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
