The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is love affair between the victim girl and the petitioner. The victim, in her statements recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she voluntarily left her house and went away with this petitioner and has solemnized the marriage with him and are living as husband and wife, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
