11-05-2015 In land acquisition proceeding to which land was acquired long back in the year 1972, the present writ petition has been filed in the year 2010 claiming that the petitioner was one of the relatives of the original land-holder and claim has been made for compensation of the acquired land.

The Court is of the opinion that in such a stale matter, no writ can be issued.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
