The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the tractor was not recovered from his possession and only on the basis of the fact that the tractor was found near his house from a field, the implication has been cast that the petitioner had stolen the tractor.
Considering the remote nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
