====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State assisted by the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 319 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40786 of 2020(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/3 Raunak Kumar is informant. He levelled allegation that the accused persons named in the FIR including the present petitioners came to his office in Alok Apartment and they assaulted the informant and also opened fire and snatched golden chain from his neck. Allegation against co-accused Shubham Kumar is that he assaulted the informant with iron pipe on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that other co-accused persons including Shubham Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 160 of 2021 vide order dated 17.08.2021.

On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Considering the fact that other co-accused persons including the co-accused Shubham Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40786 of 2020(2) dt.13-12-2021 3/3 connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
