The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 427, 354 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that due to trivial dispute marpit took place between the parties and petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41253 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is delay of ten (10) days in lodging the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation is against co-accused, namely, Rakesh Paswan and Bikku Paswan. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner again submits that the co-accused Rakesh Paswan has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17-10-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67146 of 2023.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down
