JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 47455 of 2016 which was rejected vide order dated 06.03.2017.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case charge has been framed on 08.02.2017. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail. The same is, accordingly, rejected.
