The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.125 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code & Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner deserves to be granted anticipatory bail as the girl has herself stated that she went to her home along with the petitioner to Kota at her village and her age has been assessed to be between 17 to 18 years.

Considering the over all aspect and taking into consideration that the petitioner has married with the alleged victim, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the
