2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballila P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in seven more cases which includes serious cases of loot, attempt to murder etc.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
