In view of the order of this Court dated 3.7.2019, report of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur dated 12.7.2019 is on record which discloses that the trial of Sessions Trial No. 798 of 2018 is expected to be concluded within two months. In that view of the matter, the bail prayer of the petitioner is refused.

Petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded.
