Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed theft of the motorcycle of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the
