2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 1015 of 2023 registered under Sections 363-A and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that this petitioner committed rape with her and also threatened her that if she would not come to him, he would viral the video and kill her father.

4. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45738 of 2024(4) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
