3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the allegations and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
