2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Complaint Case No. 1459 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Vide order dated 10.09.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has become successful. The terms and conditions of the compromise

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39757 of 2025(4) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 entered into between the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 13.11.2025.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of condition no. 2 of the agreement, a demand draft of Rs. 5 lakhs has been handed over to the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Complaint Case No. 1459 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

8. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions of compromise, the learned court below may pass appropriate orders.

9. It has jointly been submitted that the petitioner and O.P. No. 2 will file a joint petition for divorce on the basis of mutual consent under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
