JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 325, 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about 15 years of the marriage by assaulting her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was mentally abraised and she fell down from the roof while running on the roof. The accusation is not specific against the petitioners and there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41361 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
