09-02-2015 Sri Ratnesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed with a prayer to regularize the service of the petitioner. He submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the service of the petitioner has already been regularized, however; he submits that there is some dispute in respect of retiral dues. Since the services of the petitioner has already been regularized and the relief sought for in the writ petition has already been granted, there is no need to pass any positive order.
