Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 204 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51787 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 alleged in the first information report and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 204 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
