Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.751 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that police arrested two persons with motorcycle, who disclosed his name as Sonu (petitioner) and Tufail Ali.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. He has no concern with the aforesaid motorcycle. There is no case with respect to theft of aforesaid motorcycle.

From the seizure list, it appears that motorcycle has

Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.751 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
