JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43482 of 2018 to the extent of extending the period of surrender for execution of the bail bonds.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 528 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, on deposit of Rs. 60,000/- before the learned Court below which will be subject to the result of the case.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38241 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 528 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas.

The order dated 11.03.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
