Case No.148 of 2017 for offence under Sections 30(a) of the Prohibition of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have been in custody for more than two months and in all identical cases, bail has been granted to the persons similarly situated and the trial may take time, this application is allowed.
