The petitioner seeks bail in POCSO Case No. 16 of 2019 arising out of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 354(a), 354(d), 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner used to use filthy language against the informant for last one month. He also wanted to make relationship and marry with her. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers. The instant case has been filed due to enmity on vague allegation.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.4.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. I cum Special Judge, Buxar, in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2019 arising out of Itarhi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
