The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 464, 467 and 469/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Bilat Paswan. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51657 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
