In the night of 3/4-12-2015 the miscreants committed road robbery victimizing so many persons who were deprived of their belongings.

It is evident from the case diary, para-14 that petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and further, to substantiate the same his inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement has been recorded and on the basis thereof, charge sheet had already been submitted without putting the petitioner on TI parade. In likewise manner, nothing has been recovered or seized from his possession.

Accordingly, petitioner Biraja Beldar @ Brij Nandan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25244 of 2016 (3) dt.13-07-2016 Beldar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
