Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A),372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant and demand of ransom.

Since the victim did not name the petitioner or any other co-accused in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., a Coordinate Bench of this Court granted bail to co-accused Naresh Choudhary and Sanjha Devi @ Sandhya Devi. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38419 of 2020(3) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khodawandpur Police Station Case No.185 of 2018 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
