2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 655 of 2023 arising out of Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 418 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals had killed the deceased. The petitioner's role has come during investigation as one of the criminals who participated in the crime. The petitioner is accused of nine more cases of similar and serious nature and it seems that the petitioner is a hardened criminal. The petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2022.

4. Earlier also the bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to the Court below to conclude the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner at the earliest

5. I do not find any ground to review my earlier

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44865 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 order, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
