2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/30(c)/30(d)/32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 80 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. He further submits that name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation by the co-accused Yogendra Singh. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, cum Special Judge, Excise, II, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 532/2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
