Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act as well as 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. The names of the petitioners came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Ashok Tanti and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against them.

Moreover, co- accused Ashok Tanti has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
