The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni P. S. Case No. 112 of 2018/ G.R.No. 1129 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018.

In the written report, it is alleged that two country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from possession of petitioner. It is further stated that one motorcycle was also recovered from possession of petitioner for which he could not produce any valid paper. As per para 3 of the bail petition the petitioner has criminal antecedent.Three other cases are pending against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51980 of 2018(3) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
