====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-07-2021 Heard Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Sinha, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No.69 of 2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 313, 415 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61632 of 2017. The petitioner has filed this application again on the strength that a compromise having been entered into between the parties.

Mr. Sinha, the learned Advocate has submitted that the informant is a married woman who fell in love with the

These grounds do not persuade this Court to give a relook at the case of the petitioner for anticipatory bail which was earlier rejected. This Court has also noticed the fact that the application for anticipatory bail was rejected way-back on 04.05.2018, but till date the petitioner has not surrendered to the process of law.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The petitioner must surrender and seek bail.
