Earlier vide order dated 21.12.2015, this Court had directed the A.C.J.M., Ara to send the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. The same has since been received and after perusal of the aforementioned statement under Section 164, it appears that the girl is a major and had married the petitioner out of her own sweet will. It is submitted that she is living happily with the petitioner along with a baby child.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42731 of 2015 (5) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ara in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S.
