JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 After the last date and observation of this Court, the school has finally fallen in line and produced the necessary evidence and materials, which has led to acceptance of a necessary correction in the certificate of the petitioner at the level of the C.B.S.E.
Counsel for the C.B.S.E. assures the Court that since the school has taken follow up action and deposited what is required in terms of fee etc. before the Regional Board of C.B.S.E. today, they do the needful.
The contempt application is now disposed off with a
Patna High Court MJC No.4226 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 direction upon the C.B.S.E. that the Board will now make the necessary correction and ensure supply of the certificate to the petitioners within a period of three weeks now. There should not be any further delay at any level.
Contempt application stands disposed off in terms of above observation/direction.
