No. 1388 of 2018 has been filed on behalf of the appellants for withdrawal of this appeal under Order 23 Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the C.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondent. It is submitted that during pendency of this first appeal the appellant no.3 paid the entire lone amount to the bank and accordingly the bank has issued no dues certificate on 25.04.2014 and, as such, the appellants pray for withdrawal of this first appeal.

In the result, in view of I.A. No. 1388 of 2018 this first appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
