JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 25.04.2011 passed in Case No.814 of 2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Supaul, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
